1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to SymplysisAI, an AI marketing platform operated by SymplysisAI, Inc., a Delaware corporation. It is designed to keep the service safe, lawful, reliable, and useful for founders, ecommerce operators, agencies, and product teams.
You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, workspace content, generated outputs, publishing decisions, integrations, and team activity.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- Do not use SymplysisAI to create, upload, publish, or distribute illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or harmful content.
- Do not generate or publish content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, confidential information, or other third-party rights.
- Do not submit sensitive personal information, regulated health or financial data, government identifiers, passwords, private keys, or trade secrets unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
- Do not impersonate another person, brand, platform, merchant, agency, or public figure in a misleading way.
- Do not use SymplysisAI to create malware, phishing, credential harvesting, spam, platform manipulation, deceptive ads, fake reviews, or other abusive automation.
- Do not use generated outputs as a substitute for legal, tax, financial, medical, compliance, or advertising-policy advice.
3. Platform integrity
- Do not bypass authentication, authorization, billing, quotas, subscriptions, rate limits, workspace permissions, or security controls.
- Do not scrape, crawl, overload, probe, scan, reverse engineer, benchmark for abuse, or interfere with the service except as expressly authorized by SymplysisAI, Inc.
- Do not resell, sublicense, white-label, or provide automated access to SymplysisAI unless you have written permission.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account, workspace, generated assets, billing records, support tickets, or private data.
- Do not upload viruses, malicious files, corrupted assets, or content intended to disrupt infrastructure, AI systems, payment flows, or integrations.
4. AI output responsibility
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, non-unique, or unsuitable for your market, brand, advertising policy, marketplace rules, or legal requirements. You must review and approve outputs before publishing or relying on them.
SymplysisAI, Inc. may investigate, limit, suspend, or remove content or accounts that create legal, safety, security, platform, payment, or operational risk.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, output removal, usage throttling, workspace restrictions, suspension, termination, cancellation of subscriptions, loss of access to generated assets, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
SymplysisAI, Inc. may also preserve or disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, the service, our rights, payment systems, or the public.
6. Reporting
Report suspected misuse, infringement, security issues, or policy violations to support@symplysis.com with enough detail for SymplysisAI, Inc. to investigate.
