An older ProPakistani report on Daraz noted that nearly 20% of its orders were prepaid, which leaves about four in five as cash on delivery. Cash habits, low card use and trust in a parcel you can inspect keep COD high.
The price of that habit is refused parcels. Every return pays shipping both ways, so a call or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch pays for itself quickly.
Industry coverage names TCS as the largest logistics company, with Leopards Courier and Muller & Phipps (M&P) among the main players, and Daraz uses its own Daraz Express alongside partners. Daraz is the biggest marketplace.

Urdu and English are the two languages most ads run in.
